These General Terms and Conditions of Sale – hereinafter referred to as GTC – govern the purchase of the various products offered on our website. Users who make purchases on torneos.aurialpadel.com fully accept these GTC and are bound by them, as if they were written at the time of purchase.

Reading and accepting the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is mandatory before purchasing any product through torneos.aurialpadel.com. Prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes only and may be modified due to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies acceptance of the offered price and the general terms and conditions of sale in effect at that specific time. Once the order is placed, the purchase will be considered legally binding, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer. From that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived, and the user will have access to it in their customer area.

Aurial Pádel reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services provided on torneos.aurialpadel.com for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

Cancellation and refunds

Aurial Pádel reserves the right to cancel the tournament without prior notice, provided it is due to force majeure, without having to compensate the participants financially, only with the refund of the registration fee.

Should a participant wish to cancel their tournament registration, they must notify the organizers 48 hours prior to the tournament's start, and the registration fee will be refunded. After this deadline, any cancellation request will forfeit the right to a refund of the registration fee.
